Reset MIMS account
How to Reset a Locked MIMS Account
Follow the steps below to reset a locked MIMS account:
- Reports a locked MIMS account using this link: https://go.gov.sg/fppsmimsreset.
- The school ICT Team will review the account and perform a remote reset.
- Check on the account reset status using this link: https://go.gov.sg/fppsmimsstatus.
- Go to https://idp.mims.moe.gov.sg/nidp/app/login and log in using the temporary password, or access the login page via any platform that uses MIMS, for example, the Student Learning Space (SLS).
- A pop-up will appear prompting the user to set a new password. Click on the “Reset Your Password” button and create a new password. Please note: For the first password reset, you may be required to set up security questions. These will allow you to reset your own password in the future.
Temporary Password Format: 2026Fpps2026XX (XX = your class index number.)
